We are an E-Commerce-first company with a large sales share in Europe and the USA. The next step for our brand’s expansion is to scale further via offline sales in DACH. As the Sales Manager, you would have the possibility to become our first and exclusive representative for the whole region, deploy your strategies, and turn over the whole beauty industry.

 

You will: 

– Establish brand new offline B2B sales channels in the DACH Region for the premium brand Satin Naturel as well as define the plan for the development and maintenance of sales pipeline;

– Present, promote, and sell skin and hair care products to prospective B2B customers in DACH with the focus on the premium segment and cost-benefit analysis;

– Become a single point of contact for clients for obtaining orders, negotiating contracts’ conditions, identifying clients’ needs, processing and tracking orders, etc.; 

– Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships;

– Collaborate with Marketing team for building and executing offline marketing initiatives to achieve the company’s business development goals;

– Report sales, revenue and expenses, and realistic forecast metrics to the top management;

– Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. 

Your Profile:

– University degree in business administration or related field;

– Successful previous experience in sales department, consistently meeting or exceeding targets as well as wide network of prospective clients in beauty industry;

– Sales experience in beauty and cosmetics industry as well as the strong knowledge of the industry-related specifics;

– Hands-on experience launching a new product’s sales offline;

– Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and persuading skills;

– Proven ability to manage leads from plan to close;

– Excellent written and spoken German and English languages;

– Location in DACH.

You will: 

– Take the ownership of the entire Shopify webshop for the brand Satin Naturel as well as its strategic and technical development, scaling, budgeting, and operations with the focus on DACH region; 

– Be the single point of contact for all e-commerce activities in the webshop; 

– Explore further opportunities for the webshop expansion in DACH and other markets; 

– Monitor and analyze the webshop performance from functionality and UX perspectives as well as develop the action plan accordingly;  

– Close collaboration with the Marketing team in terms of traffic generation, campaigns performance, and growth of sales; 

– Analyze and optimize main traffic and sales channels such as PPC, email marketing, social media, SEO, affiliate marketing, and others; 

– Build landing pages and coordinate marketing campaigns; 

– Manage the remote team as well as subcontractor agencies towards the companies goals and strategies;  

– Create reports for top management summarizing the KPIs, forecasting, and action plan. 

 

Your Profile:

– Over 3 years of professional experience in E-Commerce business, ideally you managed the rapid business expansion of a Shopify-based webshop in the DACH region; 

– Strong practical knowledge of e-commerce and performance marketing; 

– Hands-on experience with Shopify customization as well as analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI, etc.; 

– Experience working with remote teams; 

– University degree in a related domain; 

– Excellent written and spoken German and English languages; 

– Location in DACH or in the neighbor countries (Germany is preferred); 

– Coding experience in Liquid.

Your Profile:
