We are currently looking to expand our marketing team with a talented and creative professional – like yourself – to bring value to our global expansion initiatives.
You will:
–Expand our business to various eCommerce marketplaces across the globe: EMEA, USA, AP
– Coordination and development of all e-commerce projects, including the expansion to new countries and other marketplaces, collaboration with the marketing team
– Manage the entrance to new marketplaces including the legal, shipping, storage and further aspects of our successful start
– Build trustful relations with account managers from marketplaces
– Execute and evolve merchandising and marketing strategies, implementation of e-commerce standards as well as manage the eCommerce product launch process
– Implement, analyse and evaluate of relevant performance indicators and derivation of action measures at product, price and inventory level
– Bring in your ideas and improvements to actively contribute to the company’s success. You will never hear “…because we always did it like that” again
Your Profile:
– 4+ years of experience in eCommerce environment, ideally in the marketplace business
– Experience with entering new marketplaces in different countries
– Understanding of Amazon search engine algorithms
– Strong managerial experience, ability to lead a project, allocate resources and expand new marketplaces
– Having entrepreneurial mindset and being ready to dive into the uncharted territories of growing an early-stage brand
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is considered as a plus
– Being reliable and stick to your word and do whatever it takes to follow-through
– Amazon eCommerce certification is a plus (ATES)

-Identify and build relationships with top-performing micro and macro influencers as well as utilise your existing network
– Manage influencer campaigns, collaborate with influencers, decide on the strategy, agree on products for promotion and allocate the budget keeping in mind the performance-based approach
– Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
– Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns, collaborate with the content writers as well as develop content ideas
Your Profile:
– Extensive experience in Influence Marketing, scaling business to the next level of its development
– Already existing strong network of influencers with >100k followers
– Proactive sourcing of new micro influencers in a beauty industry and building relationship with them
– Experience working performance-based
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is considered as a plus

We are currently looking to expand our team with a self-starting and talented leader – like yourself – to lead and expand our global marketing and product management efforts
You will:
– Coordinate Product Development and Communications teams to execute current brand – Satin Naturel – objectives and strategy as well as create strategies for new launches to achieve higher conversions and generate more revenue
– Create 360 programs to drive sales, grow brand awareness and meet goals while keeping the focus on a customer in everything we do
– Take ownership of all decisions that impact growth of Satin Naturel brand
– Take responsibility for a 7-digit marketing budget
– Lead all initiatives to maintain customer satisfaction, sales increase and marketing expansion across different regions of EU
– Improve and monitor our data driven marketing strategy by testing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns
– Prepare analyses for monthly brand reviews, forecast reviews, order and execution on all new product launches (product, samples, collateral, promotional tester units). Manage the day to day budget
– Develop marketing objectives and strategies for new product launches and ongoing basic business programs
Your Profile:
– Preferably Masters’ degree in Business or Marketing.
– Ability to lead rapidly-developing cosmetics brand and grow the revenue internationally
– Startup experience preferably in cosmetics industry
– Experience with at least 5-digit monthly social media and Amazon PPC budgets
– Excellent analytical skills and an extremely data-driven work ethic
– Proven ability to develop a solid marketing team as well as to guide and motivate the team to achieve marketing results results
– Excellent communication and writing skills in English and German
– Strong motivational and leadership skills
– Experience expanding a brand on the German and International market
– Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, well organized, decisive and results-driven
